About

A small team building the missing safety layer for autonomous systems.

AWEARE Global AG was founded in Liechtenstein in 2023 to commercialise a radar breakthrough that has been continuously demonstrated since 2016. The technology is independently verified. The company is FMA-approved and in active technical discussions with leading automotive radar suppliers.

Mission

Make autonomy actually safe without forcing the world to throw away its hardware.

The fastest way to save lives in cars on the road today is not a new sensor — it's a better waveform on the radar that's already there. The radar chips in modern cars, drones and aerospace systems are fundamentally good. The waveform they were designed for is fundamentally limited.

AWEARE replaces that limited waveform with one that lets the radar tell real targets from ghosts at the source. Same antennas. Same chips. Same vehicle bus. But 80–95% fewer phantom targets reach the AI — and the AI can finally trust what the radar tells it.

We're a small startup aiming high. The goal: make autonomy actually safe, with the chipsets the industry already buys, while we build the next-generation waveform for the imaging-quality radar of the late 2020s.

From our founder

Why we started AWEARE — in Daniel's own words.

The radar in your car was built for a simpler problem. When ADAS started steering and braking on its own, phantom targets stopped being annoying and started being dangerous. Two minutes from our founder.
