A regulated way to back the missing safety layer for autonomous systems.

AWEARE Global AG runs a security token offering approved by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority — the AWEARE Global Token. The next round (USD 1.2M) funds the automotive radar demonstrator: porting AWEARE to industry reference chipsets and running partner side-by-sides. Full prospectus below. This page summarises; it is not an offer to sell securities, and the offering is restricted by jurisdiction.

Why a security token

Capital formation, without losing engineering focus.

AWEARE Global AG chose a security token offering because it allowed us to raise growth capital under FMA supervision while keeping the engineering team focused on the technology rather than on a rolling private fundraising cycle.

The token is a real, regulated security — it is not a utility token, a meme coin or a marketing instrument. It is the ownership instrument approved by the Liechtenstein FMA for AWEARE Global AG.

The independent valuation (BDO, 2024: USD 100M) is the basis for token pricing. We make no forward-looking promises about token price.
