2 · Data we collect

2.1 Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) processes minimal connection metadata in server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp). Logs are retained no longer than required for security and operational diagnostics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2.2 Contact form

If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, optional company and your message. We use this data only to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

2.3 Investor enquiries

Investor enquiries are processed by AWEARE Global AG's investor relations team. Where KYC/AML checks are required by law, additional identifying data may be requested. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and contractual necessity.

3 · Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies or use cross-site tracking. We may use privacy-respecting, anonymised analytics to understand aggregate visitor behaviour. No personal data is sold or shared with third-party advertisers.

4 · Third-party services

• Cloudflare Pages — static website hosting, CDN. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Google Fonts — Inter and JetBrains Mono are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may receive your IP address as part of this request.

5 · Your rights

Under the GDPR and Liechtenstein data-protection law you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port and restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. Email info@awearetech.li to exercise any of these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Liechtenstein data-protection authority.

6 · Data retention

Contact-form messages are retained for as long as required to respond to your enquiry, plus a reasonable archive period. Investor and KYC data is retained for the period required by anti-money-laundering law.
